Cheese Blocks & Loaves

Cheese blocks and loaves are available in cheddar, mozzarella, american, muenster, and other custom flavors. Each flavor profile and product attribute can be customized to suit your end product. Applications include pizza, frozen entrees, sauces, salad spreads, salads and cheese breads, anything that contains cheese.

Some of the benefits of analog cheese are improved shelf life, price stability, or functionality qualities like melt, stretch and texture. Currently we manufacture over 200 custom formulations of analog cheese in block products to meet our customers needs.

These are available in 5 lb. loaves or 20 lb., 30 lb., 40 lb. and 50 lb. blocks. Totes are also available.
