Position LABORATORY TECHNICIAN Location Whitehall Plant II Responsibilities WHITEHALL SPECIALTIES, INC. is accepting applications for a 2nd shift   Lab Technician. This position will start out on 1st shift and transition into 2nd shift. The Lab Tech is responsible for sampling and testing of incoming raw ingredients as well as all products produced and sold by Whitehall Specialties. The Lab Tech will also be required to conduct Plant calibrations/audits of process & equipment.     Qualifications We are looking for a dependable, responsible, hard working, self-starting individual. Position will be working in a fast paced environment, reporting to the Laboratory Supervisor. Education and/or prior experience in a lab or in the food industry a plus. Computer skills required.
